The service

HomeServicesNI helps homeowners in Northern Ireland submit home job requests and helps connect those requests with suitable local businesses. Tradespeople may join to receive relevant requests.

Our role

• We introduce homeowners and local businesses. We do not employ tradespeople.
• We do not guarantee that a business will take a job, quote, or complete work to any standard.
• We do not guarantee workmanship, prices, timings or availability.
• Any contract for work is between the homeowner and the business they hire.

Homeowners

Submitting a job request does not oblige you to hire anyone. Provide accurate contact details and a fair description of the work.

Tradespeople

Joining does not guarantee a volume of jobs. You choose whether to take a request. When pay-per-enquiry pricing is agreed with you, fees apply only as set out in that agreement.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false information, spam, or content that is unlawful or abusive. We may refuse or remove requests and applications.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HomeServicesNI is not liable for disputes, losses or damages arising from work arranged between homeowners and local businesses after an introduction.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service develops. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
